About the role

IMV International Micro Village Inc. is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. This role is essential to our marketing and communications efforts, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our target audience and supports our broader business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print and events
• Create compelling marketing content including copy, graphics, videos and multimedia materials that align with brand guidelines
• Manage and optimise social media accounts, including content calendar planning, posting, community engagement and performance monitoring
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategy
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product and communications to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment
• Track, analyse and report on marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotional activities and brand activations
• Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate return on investment for campaigns
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies that support business growth objectives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media management, email marketing and content management systems
• Experience with marketing analytics and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments
• Knowledge of market trends and customer behaviour in the technology or business services sector is preferred
• Experience with content marketing and SEO optimisation is advantageous
