• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Experience in marketing support or assistant role in media/advertising.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Creative thinker with ideas for campaigns.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous.

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at CREATIV MEDIA GROUP INC. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and helping to drive the success of our campaigns. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of projects, coordinate marketing activities, and contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including social media contents
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify trends and opportunities

• Typing documents related to cost estimates and invoices.

What we're looking for

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience in a marketing support or assistant role, preferably within a media, advertising or communications company
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing and content marketing
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work output
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns

• Experience with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
