About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at OPEN INNOVATION INC. in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our brand. As a Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in executing marketing campaigns, managing communications, and supporting the development of marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance our market presence. This role offers the opportunity to work across various marketing functions, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of modern marketing practice.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media and traditional media
• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, website and other marketing materials
• Support the coordination of marketing events, product launches and promotional activities
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and market trends
• Manage and maintain marketing databases and customer communication records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and delivery
• Assist in the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and promotional materials
• Support the social media strategy by scheduling posts, engaging with followers and responding to enquiries
• Help coordinate email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 experience in a marketing or communications support role, preferably as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst managing individual responsibilities
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital advertising practices
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and data interpretation is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Philippine market and local consumer trends is preferred
