Job summary

MicroSourcing in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support campaigns across email, social media and digital platforms. This full-time, remote-friendly role combines hands-on marketing activities with calendar management and analytics.

You will coordinate content, assist with design requests, track performance, and help with research and vendor coordination. The company offers above-market pay, day-one healthcare, paid time-off, and opportunities for growth.

• Support marketing campaigns across email, social media and digital platforms
• Assist with content coordination, scheduling and asset management
• Help maintain marketing calendars and support campaign timelines
• Assist with social media posting and basic performance tracking
• Support reporting and analytics updates for ongoing marketing initiatives
• Help coordinate design and content requests with internal teams and external partners
• Assist with marketing research, competitor analysis and data gathering
• Support project tracking and organizational workflows using tools such as Jira
• Participate in team meetings and provide project status updates as needed

Compensation: 61,000-80,000 PHP / Month
