Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Marketing Senior Data Analyst to act as the analytical engine for the digital marketing team. You will transform cross-channel performance data into strategic insights, test campaigns, and forecast trends to maximize ROI and support growth targets.

You will lead data storytelling for leadership, collaborate across functions, and ensure accurate tracking and analytics maturity within the Marketing and Communications department.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Reporting or BI.
• Proficient in digital marketing data sources and paid campaigns.
• Strong SQL and data storytelling capabilities.
• Experience with PowerBI, BigQuery, Datastudio and Oracle Databases.

Responsibilities

• Track, measure and report on core KPIs across all digital marketing channels.
• Continuously monitor paid campaigns, run A/B or multivariate tests, and propose optimization actions.
• Translate complex datasets into clear strategic narratives for leadership and forecast performance to guide budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions and align analytics with business goals.
• Maintain MarTech tools and tracking to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

The Marketing Senior Data Analyst will serve as the analytical engine of the Home Credit Philippines digital marketing team, responsible for transforming complex cross-channel performance data into actionable strategic insights. By rigorously testing campaigns, managing advanced tracking architecture, and forecasting performance trends, this role ensures that all digital initiatives are continuously optimized to maximize ROI and directly support broader business growth targets.

What You’ll Do

• Data Analysis and Performance Reporting: Tracking, measuring, and reporting on core KPIs across all digital marketing channels.
• Campaign Optimization and A/B Testing: Continuously monitoring active paid campaigns to identify underperforming segments, executing A/B or multivariate tests, and providing actionable recommendations to maximize campaign ROI.
• Strategic Insights and Forecasting: Translating complex datasets into clear, strategic narratives for leadership, identifying emerging consumer trends, and building forecasting models to predict future performance and guide budget allocation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with other stakeholders of the digital marketing team to ensure data-driven decision-making is integrated into all initiatives and aligning analytics tracking with broader business objectives.
• MarTech and Tracking Management: Ensure maintenance of marketing technology tools and/or other tracking methods to ensure complete data accuracy.

What You Need To Have

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Analytics or Reporting or Business Intelligence
• Has good knowledge in digital marketing, paid campaigns, tools and data sources.
• SQL expertise – ability develop and maintain scripts, procedures, etc.
• Data storytelling – be able to visualize and communicate data in an easily understandable manner
• Knowledgeable in PowerBI, Google Bigquery, Datastudio, Oracle Databases
• Knowledgeable in Firebase, Hadoop, and/or Appsflyer
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking is a must
• bility to structure problems well and cooperate with different functions
• Willingness to learn new technologies and participate in team tasks on developing the analytics maturity in the Marketing and Communications department
• Excellent communicator. Able to pitch ideas well with a structured, goal-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of project management
