JOB SUMMARY
The National Marketing Research Manager is responsible for leading PHINMA Education’s market and consumer research efforts to support data-driven marketing, enrollment, and business decisions. They oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market, competitor, student, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights across the network.
The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Branding, and Academic teams to translate research findings into strategic recommendations that strengthen market positioning, improve enrollment performance, and support the development of relevant programs, campaigns, and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead market, competitor, student, and consumer research initiatives across the PHINMA Education network
- Analyze research, campaign, and market data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Identify market trends, emerging student segments, opportunities, risks, and performance gaps affecting enrollment growth
- Support Marketing, Sales, Branding, Operations, and analysis teams with research-backed decision support and evaluations
- Develop and maintain research standards, methodologies, reporting frameworks, and data governance practices
- Collaborate with national and local teams to continuously improve research processes, tools, and organizational decision-making
- Work with third party stakeholders to align frameworks and data infrastructure to outputs being delivered
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Background / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economics, Psychology, Data Analytics, or related fields; Master’s Degree is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business and marketing insights.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, market analysis, and reporting frameworks.
- Proficient in research, analytics, visualization, and CRM tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external research stakeholders.
Work Experience Required
- At least 4–5 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Experience handling research projects, consumer insights, or strategic analysis initiatives.
- Background in education, FMCG, agency, consulting, or data-driven organizations is an advantage.
- Experience working with dashboards, CRM systems, survey tools, and reporting platforms is preferred.
