Prestige Interactive is looking for a dynamic and creative Operations & Marketing Supervisor to lead both operational execution and marketing initiatives for our digital and interactive platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy, creativity, coordination, and people management in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years experience leading and managing a marketing team
• Can handle both operations and marketing functions
• Is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Has strong coordination and project management skills
• Is creative and updated with marketing trends
• Must be confident in giving creative input, reviewing marketing materials, and collaborating with designers and content teams
• Strong communicator and team leader who can align creative, operational, and technical teams toward execution
• Has experience in advertising, digital media, events, or interactive solutions (preferred)
