Ascott Philippines is seeking a dynamic Brand & Marketing Supervisor to drive marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and business growth within the hospitality sector. You will coordinate campaigns, manage digital and social media, and ensure consistency across materials.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, monitor performance, prepare reports, and support events and partnerships to meet departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms.
