Job summary

Global Finance Teams is seeking a marketing professional to lead end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, from forms to landing pages and smart campaigns. The role collaborates with Demand Gen and Content to translate briefs into live campaigns and ensures smooth intake in Asana.

The person will own asset templates, maintain task structures, and ensure consistency across webinars, events, ebooks, and newsletters while performing thorough QA and Salesforce alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and executing campaigns in Marketo.
• Experience translating briefs into live campaigns with correct configuration.
• Strong ability to coordinate with multiple teams (Demand Gen, Content).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute campaigns in Marketo across emails, landing pages, forms, and programs (webinars, events, ebooks, newsletters).
• Partner with Demand Generation and Content to translate briefs into live campaigns.
• Own the campaign intake process in Asana with core templates and handoff points.
• Maintain subtask structure and dependencies across campaign types to reduce coordination effort.
• QA campaigns pre and post-launch for tracking, UTM, and Salesforce sync; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain naming conventions, tagging, and documentation for consistency across programs.

• Build and execute campaigns in Marketo, including forms, emails, landing pages, smart campaigns, and programs, across webinars, hosted events, third party events, ebooks/content, and newsletters
• Partner with Demand Generation and Content teams to translate campaign briefs into live, correctly configured campaigns

Campaign Intake & Process Management

• Own the campaign intake process in Asana, including the core campaign templates for webinars, hosted events, third party events, ebooks/content, and newsletters
• Maintain subtask structure, dependencies, and handoff points across campaign types to reduce manual coordination

QA & Campaign Hygiene

• QA campaigns pre launch and post launch for correct tracking, UTM parameters, and Salesforce sync
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign level issues, such as broken links, form errors, or tracking gaps, as they arise
• Maintain campaign naming conventions, tagging, and documentation for consistency across programs
