Job summary

Parameta Solutions, the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP, is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist in the Philippines to manage HubSpot and CRM workflows, support Salesforce integration, and deliver data-driven marketing insights for a global B2B audience.

You will build campaigns, reports, and dashboards, maintain website content, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations and external partners to optimize lead generation and ROI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot administration experience required.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms essential.
• Solid understanding of marketing automation, lead management and campaign operations.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards for marketing performance.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with strong attention to detail; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage HubSpot day-to-day administration, workflows, forms, landing pages, emails and automation.
• Coordinate HubSpot–Salesforce integration and data quality across teams.
• Develop and maintain marketing reports and dashboards and analyze campaign ROI.
• Create and report on email campaigns, webinars, events and content programs.
• Maintain and update website content; support testing and optimization efforts.
• Support data governance, databases and marketing process documentation; seek automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to execute digital marketing initiatives.
• Support lead capture, campaign follow-up and marketing ops activities including vendor onboarding and PO tracking.
