Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Marketing Operations Support (Project Management) to help execute marketing campaigns, coordinate with copywriters, designers, and product management, and ensure timely delivery of materials such as product eCatalogs and emails.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and strong project management, with opportunities to grow within the company and work on both traditional and digital campaigns, including events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of direct marketing experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with AP style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design and development to production for marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and teammates to ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, attending them to facilitate their success.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings).
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
• Support recommended solutions using sound analysis, experience, and judgment to make decisions.
• Articulate the organization's vision, goals, and strategic imperatives while remaining coachable and open to constructive feedback.
