Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a capable Operations Assistant to support Membership & CRM, Marketing Operations, and Category Operations for our retail team in the Philippines. The role involves campaign execution, communications, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and materials in Excel and PowerPoint, processing POs, budgeting, coordinating launches, and maintaining accurate product data and inventories.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Internship or work experience in marketing, CRM, operations, or supply chain is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support membership campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programmes.
• Manage member communications, EDMs, push notifications, and CRM activities.
• Coordinate with stores and vendors to ensure timely membership execution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Support PO processing, invoicing, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain product information and operational data.
• Aid forecasting, inventory monitoring, and arrival tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
