Qualifications

• Minimum three years in marketing, executive assistant or operations role.
• Strong Canva skills and short-form video editing.
• At least two years using a CRM; Go High Level preferred or quick learner.
• Excellent written and verbal English with Australian spelling.
• Confident with AI tools for drafting and research and ability to edit output.

Responsibilities

• Produce five reels per week across content pillars from script to edit and publish.
• Create branded posts and stories in Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Substack.
• Manage comments and inquiries daily with prompt escalation.
• Draft captions, emails, blogs and event promotions; maintain client voice.
• Maintain rolling marketing calendar for scheduling and due posts.
• Support event marketing for the 10X Business Summit and Growth Room.
• Track content performance monthly and report insights.
