Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking an organized Marketing Administrator to handle the full administrative scope of campaigns, manage multiple websites, and track materials for visibility. The role requires familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to support US Marketing operations in PH time.

You will work with colleagues across teams, creating newsletters, updating landing pages, and coordinating events to boost campaign impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of marketing/administrative experience.
• Proficiency with enterprise AI tools and tech workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented; support US Marketing operations on PH time.
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Oracle Fusion, SalesPro, Widen, Smartsheet, Pardot, etc.).
• Able to perform basic creative requests (PDF edits).

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks for marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage websites and portals with edit/post/launch capabilities.
• Track and update campaign materials for team visibility.
• Leverage tools to boost campaign visibility (e.g., Testimonial Tool).
• Provide timely campaign reports (Pardot, SalesPro).
• Create and send email newsletters (SalesPro, Pardot, InfoPro).
• Create, update and optimize Pardot landing pages.
• Promote webinars and events across platforms.
• Coordinate with teams to execute campaigns effectively.
• Demonstrate light design skills for PDFs/images.
• Submit Sales Line blurbs to support messaging.
• Allocate promotional items and track documentation.

Accountability

• Handle the full scope of administrative tasks related to all marketing campaigns
• Manage different websites and online portals with the ability to edit, post and launch (i.e. Law School Portal, Faculty Portal, Webinar Training Page, InfoPro Page, SalesLine, etc.)
• Track and update campaign materials for the team’s visibility (i.e. Seismic, Widen, Monday.com, etc.)
• Leverage existing and new tools to boost campaign visibility (i.e. Testimonial Tool, etc.)
• Provide timely reports to track campaign stats (i.e. Pardot, SalesPro, etc.)
• Create and send email newsletters (i.e. SalesPro and Pardot, InfoPro)
• Create, update and optimize Pardot landing pages
• Promote webinars and events on all available platforms
• Formulate surveys and questions to gather data from internal team and customers (i.e. Smartsheet, Survey Monkey, etc.)
• Allocate promotional items (i.e. Gift Card Inventory, Law School Item Allocation, etc.)
• Generate hyperlinks for customer-facing and internal documents
• Keep track of financial documents (i.e. Monthly Budget Report Collation, Monthly Accrual, etc.)
• Execute special assignments to support any marketing campaigns
• Demonstrates light design skills, including PDF and image editing, to support campaign and project needs.
• Submits Sales Line Blurbs to support aligned campaign messaging.
• Coordinate with different teams to execute the campaign effectively

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
• 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and willing to support US Marketing operations on graveyard shift PH time.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tools (Oracle Fusion, Invoice look-up, Citibank site, SalesPro, Widen, MDC, Smart Sheet, GCRM, and Community)
• Able to do basic creative request (PDF edits and design) for campaign edits
