Job summary

Halo Recruiting is partnering with a U.S.-based B2B SaaS company to hire a Marketing Operations Specialist. You will own HubSpot Marketing Hub, build workflows, optimize forms, and manage lifecycle stages to scale marketing operations.

You will collaborate with Marketing leadership and Sales to improve efficiency, routing, scoring, and data quality while driving initiatives end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation.
• Advanced HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS organizations.
• Experience with marketing automation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, lead scoring, CRM governance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, forms, lists, and lifecycle stages.
• Improve CRM hygiene, lead routing, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Sales to boost operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements and proactively propose solutions.
• Drive marketing operations initiatives from planning through execution.
