TechNext, a Southeast Asia Odoo partner, seeks a growth-focused marketer-seller to own demand generation, inbound content, paid campaigns, SEO, and web collaboration. You will measure leads, work directly with the CEO and sales, and target US, Singapore and EU markets.
You will craft assets, nurture emails, landing pages, case studies, and campaigns, aligning the buyer journey with sales readiness in a hybrid setup.
TechNext is an official Odoo Partner. We help companies across Southeast Asia, the US and Europe get off spreadsheets and disconnected tools and onto Odoo ERP, with workflow automation and AI where it earns its place. We're a small, senior team, and we're building out our commercial side now. We're hiring a salesperson and this role at the same time.
Almost all our leads today come from our founder's network and from referrals. We need someone to build the other half: a website that converts, content people actually search for, paid campaigns that pay for themselves, and email that keeps a slow-moving buyer interested.
You'll own all of it. You'll also be the first person here whose job is measured in leads rather than output. You'll work with our sales consultant, the delivery team and the CEO directly, with nobody in between.
Demand generation and lead generation
Set the lead targets, and work out which channels will hit them
Run campaigns into the US, Singapore and EU markets
Build the path from ad to landing page to form to sales handoff, then keep improving it
Create lead magnets that suit a big purchase decision: ERP readiness checks, ROI calculators, industry guides, webinars
Set up lead scoring and routing so enquiries don't sit for days
Agree with sales what counts as a qualified lead, then hold to it
Inbound marketing
Plan and run the content calendar
Write about the problems that push a company to start looking at ERP in the first place
Build the gated assets and the email sequences behind them
Set up nurture flows for buyers who aren't ready yet
Publish enough on Odoo, automation and AI that people find us before they need us
Grow the email list. It's the one audience we're not renting
Give sales the context on what a lead read before they got in touch
Conversion marketing
Track conversion at each step: visitor to lead, lead to qualified, qualified to booked call
Test landing pages, headlines, offers and forms. Keep what works
Find where people drop out, using analytics, heatmaps and session recordings
Shorten forms, speed up pages, make the next step obvious
Test the offer itself, not just the wording. A demo, an assessment and a free consultation are three different propositions
Write down what you tested and what happened, so we're not relearning it next year
Paid media
Run Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and retargeting
Manage the budget, and decide how it splits across channels and markets
Test creative, audiences and landing pages
Report cost per lead, cost per qualified lead, and what each channel put into pipeline
Turn off what isn't working, and say why
SEO
Handle technical, on-page and content SEO
Build a keyword plan around how people actually search for ERP, Odoo and automation
Fix site speed, structure and internal linking
Write the long-form pages, comparison pages and case studies that earn rankings
Report on organic leads, not just organic traffic
Web design and development
Design, build and maintain the website and campaign landing pages
Handle front-end changes, layout work and page speed yourself
Get landing pages live quickly. A campaign shouldn't wait two weeks for a page
Keep everything on brand and working properly on mobile
Work with the technical team on tracking, analytics and integrations
Content and AI-assisted creative
Make the visuals, copy and video for campaigns, using AI tools to move faster
Produce content for social, email, case studies and sales collateral
Keep the brand voice consistent across markets
Set up AI workflows the rest of the team can pick up and use
Social media
Run the social accounts day to day
Post for B2B decision-makers, mainly on LinkedIn
Watch what's landing and adjust
Help the CEO and the sales team build their own presence in-market
Brand and client-facing work
Keep the brand consistent across every market and touchpoint
Build proposals, decks and case studies alongside sales
Produce our first proper case studies, with client sign-off
Make assets for live client engagements when sales needs them
Reporting
Keep a dashboard: traffic, conversion, leads, cost per lead, pipeline contribution
Set up GA4, tag management and the CRM connection, and keep them accurate
Report monthly on what worked and what you're changing next
Tell us early when a channel isn't producing
The one thing we won't compromise on is a real track record of generating leads through digital marketing and paid advertising.
You've generated leads through digital marketing and paid ads, and you can tell us how many and what they cost
Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn or Meta, managing a real budget
You've built an inbound engine before, not just posted content
You've run conversion tests, and can talk through one that worked and one that didn't
Solid SEO across technical, on-page and content
You can design and build a landing page yourself
You use AI tools for images, video or copy
You've marketed to clients in more than one country
Comfortable in analytics. You can show what a channel produced
A portfolio with both good design work and campaign results attached
Good eye for design, typography and consistency
Strong written English
Organised, and fine working independently in a hybrid setup
Marketing for a tech, ERP, SaaS or B2B consulting company
Long, considered B2B sales cycles rather than ecommerce
Marketing automation and CRM-linked tools (Odoo, HubSpot or similar)
Video editing or motion graphics
Campaigns built for more than one regional market (US, SG, EU)
Account-based marketing
Lifecycle email, lead scoring and behavioural triggers
