Fredley Group of Companies in Manila is seeking a Marketing Officer to support planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across its brands. The role focuses on brand awareness, promotions, digital marketing, and coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are consistent with business goals.

Responsibilities include campaign planning, social media management, content coordination with creatives and agencies, and timely delivery of marketing assets

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-brand companies.
• Fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant project experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; basic design knowledge (Canva) is a plus.

• Coordinate with suppliers and printers for production of marketing materials.
• Liaise with operations, sales, and store teams to align marketing initiatives with operational needs.
• Assist in managing marketing calendars, timelines, and documentation.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and marketing-related paperwork.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor checks to identify trends, promotions, and opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and insights from stores and online platforms.

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives across Fredley Group of Companies’ brands. Key Responsibilities
