Job summary

Fredley Food and Beverages Inc is seeking a Marketing professional to help develop and execute marketing plans, manage daily admin tasks, and collaborate with the design team on marketing materials.

The role requires a degree in marketing or related field and at least 1 year in marketing, content creation, or social media. Experience in food and beverage marketing is a plus; on-site work in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Experience in food and beverage or retail marketing is a plus.
• Ability to learn brand standards and marketing practices quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and creative campaign ideation.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for marketing.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans.
• Manage daily administrative tasks to keep Marketing on track.
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
• Assist with organizing promotions and events.
• Collaborate with Design team to produce marketing materials.
• Maintain records of marketing metrics and past campaign results.
• Prepare regular sales forecasting reports.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing activities.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Closely working with the Marketing Managerto develop and execute marketing plans.
• Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly.
• Creating reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates.
• Assisting with organizing promotions and events.
• Collaborating with the Design team to create marketing materials.
• Keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
• Preparing regular sales forecasting reports.
• Monitoring competitors’ marketing activities.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field.
• With at least 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or retail marketing is a plus.
• Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity in campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
• Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
