About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer to join our growing Butter & Salt Group team. Based in our office in Pasig City Metro Manila, this is a full-time position where you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies.

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media assistant role, ideally within an agency or marketing services environment

• Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), paid search, social media marketing, and email marketing

• Excellent writing and content creation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and on-brand copy

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools

• Demonstrated proficiency includes: Google Analytics (basic reporting), Google Ads (campaign setup and management), Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer or similar)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines

• A creative mindset and an eye for design, with the ability to contribute to the aesthetic of our digital assets

• Knowledgeable of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms for creating social media graphics and simple marketing materials

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
