Job summary

DFC Food Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing & Communications team in Marikina City. This full-time role supports development and execution of marketing initiatives to build brand awareness for our food products.

You will assist in campaigns across digital, print, and social media, coordinate events, and analyze market trends to shape strategies. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration are essential in this growing food manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design principles.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Enthusiasm for the food manufacturing industry and brand building.
• Preferred experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or marketing automation platforms.
• Preferred experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and brand activations.
• Conduct market research and analyse competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
• Create and update marketing collateral, including product brochures, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring engagement metrics.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, including metrics analysis and insights generation.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling, data entry, and documentation management.
• Assist in customer engagement activities and gather feedback to support product development initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behaviour, and marketing best practices to contribute innovative ideas.
