Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking to fill a role in Mandaluyong to develop and execute marketing programs and promos. The position collaborates with branches, units, and partners to ensure timely delivery and effective execution.

The candidate will handle MIS reporting for programs under development and after launch, coordinate communications, events, and budgets, and support management in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs/promos: present package for management approval and coordinate execution.
• Execute programs/promos: ensure proper execution within TAT and meet objectives; handle escalations.
• MIS: prepare reports related to programs/promos under development and post launch.
• SUPPORT MANAGEMENT: coordinate with BDO branches, SM units, partners, and internal units.
• ADMINISTRATIVE: prepare dispatch of marketing communications, organize events, monitor program expenses, attend meetings.
• OTHERS: perform tasks as required by Management.

PORTFOLIO/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

1. Develop programs/promos:
a. Present programs/projects complete package, for management approval.
b. Coordinate for concept execution, after securing approval.
c. Execute and monitor performance of approved concepts/programs.
d. Propose enhancements to programs, based on performance.

2. Execute programs/promos:
a. Ensure that programs are properly executed and done within TAT.
b. Ensure that objectives of the programs are met
c. Handle case escalations and complaints up to full resolution

MIS

Prepare reports related to programs/promos under development and post launch.'

SUPPORT MANAGEMENT

Coordinate with all concerned parties to ensure successful execution of programs/projects. These parties may include BDO branches, various SM units, Partners as well as internal product management/other marketing units.

ADMINISTRATIVE

1. Prepare and coordinate dispatch of marketing communications to its intended recipients.
2. Organize and conduct special events related to various program execution, such as program launches.
3. Monitor all related expenses to the program launched.
4. Attend weekly and regular meetings as assigned and requested.
