Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant-Pool to support client onboarding, placements, and after-sales services. You will assist in presenting bank products and services while maintaining accurate documentation and timely transactions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong computer skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. This on-site position is based in Bulacan and offers growth within a leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Business Course.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work on site in Bulacan Area.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
• Assist Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services.
• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensure correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities.
• Ensure compliance to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in achieving bank’s financial targets.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Responsible for providing service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
• Assists Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services
• Performs start and end of day banking activities

• Ensures compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements
• Assists in achieving bank’s financial targets
