Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, client inquiries and after sales services.

You will assist the Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services, and perform start and end of day banking activities. Additionally, you will ensure documents are complete, comply with bank policies, help achieve financial targets, and may handle other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably Business Course.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Victoria, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
• Assist Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services.
• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensure correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end-of-day transactions and activities.
• Ensure compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in achieving bank’s financial targets.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
