Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide service to clients on account openings, placements, client inquiries and after-sales support, while promoting the bank’s products.

You will assist the Marketing Officer in selling bank products and services, perform start and end of day banking activities, ensure accuracy of documents, comply with policies and regulatory requirements, and support the bank’s financial targets on-site in Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree, preferably in Business.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work on site in Pampanga area.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to clients relative to account opening, placements, SDB, client inquiries and after sales services.
• Assist Marketing Officer in selling the bank's products and services.
• Perform start and end of day banking activities.
• Ensure correctness and completion of transaction documents; timely end-of-day processing and activities.
• Ensure compliance to prescribed bank policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in achieving bank’s financial targets.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

• Ensures correctness and completion of transaction documents used in processing; timely completion of end‑of‑day transactions and activities
• Ensures compliance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control and regulatory requirements
• Assists in achieving bank’s financial targets
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
