This full-time role leads marketing campaigns for our real estate portfolio, creates content for the website and social platforms, and coordinates with the sales team to optimize leads and conversions. The ideal candidate has a marketing-related degree and 1–2 years of experience, with strong communication and data analysis skills to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, with real estate preferred.
• Hands-on real estate marketing experience preferred.
• Strong sales and marketing skills to generate leads and support property sales.

Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp. is seeking a talented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Dasmariñas Cavite and is crucial in driving the marketing strategy and campaigns for our growing real estate business.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our residential and commercial properties

2. Creating engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral

3. Coordinating with sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies

5. Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

6. Supporting the organization of various marketing events and promotional activities

7. Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. At least 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, with proven experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.

3. Candidates with hands‑on experience in real estate marketing, property sales, property promotion, or working with real estate companies are highly preferred.

4. Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to generate leads, engage potential clients, and support property sales efforts.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging marketing content.

6. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret marketing metrics to support decision-making.

7. Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

8. Strong understanding of the real estate market, property marketing strategies, and current industry trends.
