Key responsibilities

• Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote residential and commercial properties
• Creating engaging content for the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing collateral
• Coordinating with sales team to ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
• Supporting the organization of various marketing events and promotional activities
• Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, with proven experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
• Hands‑on experience in real estate marketing, property sales, property promotion, or working with real estate companies highly preferred
• Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to generate leads, engage potential clients, and support property sales efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging marketing content
