Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Experience handling General Trade and Modern Trade channels.
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing and distribution preferred.
• Proficient in digital marketing and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Strengthen brand visibility and product positioning in General Trade and Modern Trade channels
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and merchandising activities
• Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis
• Work closely with Sales teams to support channel growth and customer acquisition
• Manage digital marketing, social media, and online brand presence
• Oversee marketing budgets, suppliers, and project timelines
• Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements
