You will partner with Sales to develop customer-specific growth plans, manage promotional investments, design shopper programmes, and drive in‑store visibility with agile execution.

Qualifications

• Proven success managing trade marketing programmes across modern trade, general trade and/or e-commerce.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing promotional investment and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
• Highly analytical with the ability to translate sales, market and customer data into actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with objectives and channel requirements.
• Lead annual trade planning, including promotional calendars and activation plans.
• Partner with Sales to develop customer-specific growth plans and opportunities.
• Manage trade investment and promotional budgets for effective ROI.
• Design and execute shopper marketing programmes to drive awareness and category growth.
• Support launches through channel activation plans.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and shopper insights to spot growth.
• Develop merchandising standards, POSM strategies and in-store visibility.
• Collaborate with agencies, distributors and retailers for flawless execution.
• Own end-to-end project delivery from strategic planning to execution.
