Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for a strategic Brand Manager to join a leading FMCG organization in Cebu.

This role develops and executes brand strategies to drive market growth, strengthen equity, and maximize business performance. You will collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and distributors to ensure impactful campaigns and brand consistency across channels, while leading a skilled brand management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• In-depth understanding of FMCG marketing strategies and retail dynamics.
• Combined management experience in Marketing/Brand Management and Sales/Trade Marketing (10+ years).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen equity and drive growth.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales performance to identify opportunities.
• Plan integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade promotions with Sales and Trade Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Modern Trade, General Trade, distributors, and key accounts for consistent execution.
• Monitor budgets and campaign effectiveness, report on ROI, and optimize investments.
• Lead and develop the brand management team and foster cross-functional collaboration.
