MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Content Coordinator to support digital marketing initiatives across social media, content creation, and campaigns. You will work with the marketing team to develop engaging content, manage channels, produce assets, and monitor performance.

The role requires at least 2 years in digital marketing, hands-on social media experience, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
• Ability to review performance data and derive content improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and independent.
• Experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, WordPress, EDM platforms, or scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and repurpose social posts, short-form videos, graphics, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Support digital campaigns across organic social, paid media, email, SMS, and other channels.
• Monitor engagement, campaign performance, and audience trends to identify improvements.
• Assist with website and digital content updates (WordPress or similar).
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and partners.
• Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and quality standards.
