Oak Drive Capital Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of marketing strategy across hospitality and dining brands.

Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of marketing strategy across the Group's hospitality and dining businesses. The role is accountable for brand positioning, campaigns and promotions, digital presence, strategic partnerships, and marketing performance, ensuring all initiatives are commercially sound, on-brand, and aligned with revenue objectives.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for both the hospitality and dining businesses, ensuring consistent brand positioning and a unified customer experience across all properties and outlets.
Campaigns, Events & Promotions: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, events, seasonal promotions, and activations that drive awareness, footfall, and bookings across both business lines.
Content, Advertising & Digital Presence: Oversee the creation of content, advertising, and promotional materials, and manage the Group's digital presence (website, social media, and online channels) to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Strategic Partnerships: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations that expand reach, enhance brand equity, and create commercial value for the hospitality and dining businesses.
Marketing Performance, ROI & Trends Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI; analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform decisions and continuously improve effectiveness.
New Marketing Opportunities & Growth: Explore and evaluate new marketing opportunities, channels, and revenue-generating initiatives to support business growth and market expansion.
Cross-Team Collaboration on Revenue Initiatives: Partner with sales, operations, and revenue teams to align marketing efforts with commercial targets and support integrated revenue-generating initiatives.
Budget Management: Develop, manage, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective delivery of all marketing activities. Total marketing expenses shall not exceed a maximum of 10% of net sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
At least 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or a related industry
Proven experience managing campaigns, digital channels, and marketing budgets
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
