Job summary

Cosmetique Asia Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a senior marketing leader to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, align with brand objectives, and lead integrated campaigns (Digital, Influencer, ATL & BTL) from concept to post-campaign analysis.

In this role, you will manage brand positioning, portfolio strategy, monitor market trends, oversee marketing budgets, and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 10 years of marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong background in Brand Management and Project Management, with proven experience in Digital, Influencer, ATL & BTL campaigns and successful New Product Development initiatives.
• Demonstrated financial acumen in budget management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
