Job Summary:

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategies and initiatives of Exxel Prime Int’l Trading Inc. to strengthen the market presence of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics. This role oversees the marketing team, manages campaigns, ensures strong brand positioning, and drives customer engagement to support sales growth and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Manage branding, promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives
• Oversee social media presence, content strategies, and influencer collaborations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, R&D, and other departments to align marketing strategies with product development and sales targets
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare management reports
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
• Establish partnerships with media, agencies, and business partners to expand brand visibility
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all channels and materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (experience in FMCG, retail, or cosmetics is an advantage)
• Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and project management skills
