Job Description

Marketing Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce strategies. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to create, execute, and optimize initiatives that enhance brand visibility, increase online sales, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

  • E-commerce Management: Supervise e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless user experiences, product listings, promotions, and payment processing.

  • Team Supervision: Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, and analysts to achieve team goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

  • Budget Oversight: Manage digital marketing and e-commerce budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), SEO/SEM, and email marketing.

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Creativity and a passion for staying ahead in the digital space.
