Job Summary

• The Marketing Assistant Manager supports the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies and initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics. This role supervises marketing staff, ensures effective implementation of campaigns, and provides creative and strategic input to strengthen the company’s market presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies
• Supervise and guide marketing staff in carrying out campaigns, promotions, and branding activities
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, influencer partnerships, and online advertising
• Coordinate with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales goals
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities
• Lead the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and activations
• Review and approve marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand identity
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for management review
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and monitoring expenses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, suppliers, and media contacts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role (experience in retail, FMCG, or cosmetics is an advantage)
• Strong background in digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with marketing/digital tools
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Willing to work On-site in Baesa, Caloocan City
