Job summary

Centro Escolar University is seeking a Lead Generation professional to source prospect databases, conduct call outs, and prepare reports for campaigns. You will focus on events and Lazada tasks, and handle ICs website chat as assigned.

Under the Leads Qualification Supervisor, you will collaborate with teammates, adapt quickly to different campaigns, and ensure data accuracy. Location: Ortigas Avenue, Greenhills, San Juan City, Philippines.

Job Summary

Lead Generation involves a professional identifying, attracting, and converting potential customers into sales prospects for a company's services.

Key Results Areas

1. Sources list of prospects database
2. Conducts call outs on campaign assigned by Leads Qualification Supervisor
3. Prepare relevant reports
4. Perform other tasks when needed and within the scope of duties enumerated above
5. Focuses on events and other tasks assigned by the PM
6. In Charge of Lazada
7. In Charge of ICs Website Chat

General Function

Under the supervision of the Leads Qualification Supervisor, she will source out lists for Prospects Database (DB) from various Associations, Organizations or Groups etc. Ensures those accounts qualified are not active or existing ICs accounts. Conducts call outs (first and second level) on campaigned assigned and assists in Principal initiated events.

Quantitative Measurements

1. Meet assigned number of calls per campaign requirements.
2. Provide accurate and comprehensive information on calls conducted.
3. Achieve timelines and expectations for leads generation.
4. Meet assigned number of target attendees per event

Qualitative Parameters: (day to day activities)

1. Sources lists from various associations, organizations and or groups
2. Conducts call outs for first and second level qualification depending on the approved and assigned campaign
3. Submits report of call outs for first and second level qualification using approved template
