Brainbox, a unique BPO, is hiring a Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to build the marketing function for our client from the ground up. You will research and build prospect lists, create business-to-business content, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, and book qualified meetings into the CEO's calendar.

Our Australian-owned client upgrades CCTV systems with AI-powered video analytics. This onsite role in Pampanga reports to the CEO and focuses on marketing rather than closing sales,

Qualifications

• Two years or more in marketing, lead generation or sales development.
• Experience building prospect lists from LinkedIn and directories.
• Experience writing and publishing B2B content.
• Experience running email/LinkedIn outreach end-to-end.
• Experience qualifying inbound inquiries and booking meetings for decision makers.
• CRM pipeline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, websites and directories.
• Write and publish B2B content and case studies.
• Plan and run email and LinkedIn campaigns; manage from list to results.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and book meetings for the CEO.
• Log contacts and pipeline in the CRM; report campaign results.
