The Marketing Lead is responsible for building brand authority and driving top-of-funnel demand generation. • Produce, edit, and distribute high-engagement content across primary channels, specifically focusing on short-form, podcast-style clips, video content, and LinkedIn positioning.
• Repurpose case studies, client success stories, and operational milestones from our Angeles City entity into compelling marketing assets.
• Design and manage digital campaigns targeting key Australian industries (Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, Tech Support).
• Optimize organic and paid channels to generate highly qualified inbound inquiries.
• Track conversion metrics and lead quality, ensuring marketing hand-offs to Zoho CRM are seamless and immediate for the BDM.

3. Competitor & Market Analysis

Monitor industry trends within the Australian-to-Philippines outsourcing landscape to refine corporate messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven track record as a Marketing Lead, Growth Marketer, or Content Strategist, ideally within the BPO, outsourcing, or recruitment spaces.
