Job summary

Agile Tech Ops is looking for a Marketing Executive Assistant / Lead Management Specialist to support a company leader with day-to-day administrative tasks, LinkedIn and social media presence, and lead tracking across CRM or similar tools.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written English, familiar with social media management, and able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Experience in Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, Lead Generation, Sales Support, Business Development, or similar roles.
• Experience managing LinkedIn and/or other social platforms.
• Experience with CRM, lead tracking, prospect management, or follow-up activities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain LinkedIn and other social media accounts, including content updates, engagement, and basic outreach.
• Track and manage leads, prospects, opportunities, and follow-ups using CRM or other tracking systems.
• Monitor incoming inquiries and help determine next steps.
• Conduct lead research and assist with prospect identification and outreach.
• Manage email, calendars, appointments, and other executive admin tasks.
• Prepare reports, trackers, presentations, and other materials.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items to ensure on-time completion.
• Assist with general office and administrative requirements.
• Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, and communications.
• Provide proactive support to the executive/manager.
