Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or comparable education in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant marketing, communications, or social media experience
• Hands-on experience creating social media content, writing captions, and scheduling posts
• Experience managing and organising a social media content calendar
• Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Demonstrated experience creating digital content using Canva
• Basic video editing skills
• Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail
• Ability to identify relevant trends and turn them into suitable content ideas
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• A proactive and creative approach, with the confidence to recommend and implement ideas independently

• Suggest content ideas based on trends and priorities
• Translate trends into practical content opportunities
• Write clear captions for multiple platforms
• Create or source images, graphics and visuals
