Job Summary
The Marketing Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns (paid and organic) while ensuring a strong and consistent digital customer experience across social media, email, and the company website.
This role owns marketing content, social media management, email marketing, website optimization, and campaign performance tracking. The Marketing Lead works closely with developers for technical website improvements but is not a heavy coding role.
This is a hands‑on, mid‑level leadership role suited for someone who can both execute marketing work and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Campaigns, Content & Social Media
- Plan and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns
- Create marketing content including static visuals, short‑form videos, captions, and copy
- Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms
- Plan content calendars and posting schedules
- Coordinate campaign launches, promotions, and announcements
- Track and report campaign and social media performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions)
2. Website, SEO & Customer Journey Optimization
- Manage and update website content across frontend and backend
- Optimize website pages and product listings using SEO best practices
- Test and improve the customer journey (navigation, product pages, checkout, promotions)
- Execute website enhancements to support marketing campaigns
- Perform QA checks before campaigns, sales, and site updates
- Identify UX or technical issues and coordinate fixes with developers
3. Email Marketing & Performance Optimization
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (promotions, launches, announcements)
- Manage email content, segmentation, and scheduling
- Track and report email performance (open rates, click‑through, conversions)
- Use performance data across campaigns, website, and email to recommend improvements
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, IT, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content, or e‑commerce marketing
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and social media
- Experience handling website content management
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and customer journey optimization

- Social media management platforms (Facebook, Instragram, Tiktok, Youtube)
- Email marketing tools (Zoho Campaigns)
- Website CMS and e‑commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada)
- Design tools for photo and video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Analytics and ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
