Job summary

Beauty 100 Wellness Group is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive / Content Creator to join our growing team in Singapore. Based in Raffles Place, this full‑time role supports marketing initiatives across social media, content creation, influencer collaborations, campaigns and brand development.

You will conceptualize, shoot, edit and publish content across platforms, coordinating campaigns and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or content creation preferred.
• Ability to shoot professional photo and video content.
• Proficient in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.
• Strong understanding of social media content creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Creative with branding, storytelling and current social media trends.
• Comfortable engaging with influencers and partners.
• Strong communication, organisation and project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
• Proactive and take ownership of projects.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in beauty, wellness or consumer industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across online and offline channels
• Create engaging content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant channels
• Professionally shoot and produce photos, short-form videos, reels, advertisements, interviews and corporate content
• Edit videos using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent professional editing tools
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards and content ideas aligned with Beauty 100’s brand identity and marketing objectives
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting and basic community engagement
• Source, identify and approach suitable influencers, KOLs, content creators, media partners and potential brand collaboration partners
• Coordinate influencer and marketing collaborations from initial outreach through execution, content delivery and campaign completion
• Assist with photoshoots, video productions, events, roadshows and other marketing activities
• Conduct competitor, market and social media trend research to identify new marketing opportunities
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and assist in analysing engagement, reach, leads and campaign effectiveness
• Maintain and update website and digital marketing content where required
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors and creative partners to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule
• Provide general marketing and administrative support where required

About the Role

Beauty 100 Wellness Group is looking for a proactive, creative and hands‑on Marketing Executive / Content Creator to join our growing team.

Based in Raffles Place, this full‑time role will support and execute the company’s marketing initiatives across social media, content creation, influencer collaborations, campaigns and brand development.

We are looking for someone who does more than coordinate marketing activities. You should be comfortable creating content from start to finish, from conceptualising ideas and filming professionally to editing and publishing engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, content creation or a similar role is preferred

• Strong ability to shoot professional‑quality photo and video content

• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar platforms

• Good understanding of social media content creation, particularly Instagram Reels, TikTok and Xiaohongshu

• Creative with a strong eye for visual presentation, branding, storytelling and current social media trends

• Comfortable approaching and communicating with influencers, creators, partners and external vendors

• Strong communication, organisational and project coordination skills

• Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently

• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of projects

• Proficient in English

• Experience within the beauty, wellness, lifestyle or consumer industry would be an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Includes a 1-hour lunch break.

Occasional flexibility may be required for scheduled shoots, events or marketing activities outside normal working hours.
