RZ Ecommerce Corporation in Bulacan is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and scale content and creator ecosystems, from in-house production to influencer partnerships and affiliate channels.

You will drive brand‑aligned content, oversee influencer campaigns, and manage performance analytics to grow revenue across platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, and Lazada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in creative, content, social media, or e‑commerce leadership.
• Experience producing content for TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
• Experience managing influencers, creators, affiliates, and collaborations.
• Strong planning, campaigns, and performance analysis.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Knowledge of content trends and short‑form video strategies.
• Data‑driven with engagement and conversion analytics.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication, or any related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in creative, content, social media, or e-commerce marketing leadership
• Strong background in managing content production for TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and other digital platforms
• Experience handling influencers, creators, affiliates, and brand collaborations
• Skilled in content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage creative teams and deadlines
• Knowledgeable in content trends, short-form video strategies, and e-commerce marketing
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze engagement, conversion, and campaign performanceHigh attention to detail with strong standards for branding and creative quality
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in creative and marketing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
