About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Executive (Junior) to support our growing digital presence. You will play a key role in executing our social media calendar, creating engaging short-form content, coordinating with external creative agencies, and optimizing online ad performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content & Social Media Execution:

  • Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars across major platforms.

  • Create engaging social media copy and assist in producing short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).

  • Support occasional live streaming setups and community engagement.

• Agency & Partner Coordination:

  • Serve as the daily operational point of contact for external digital agencies.

  • Assist in briefing creative themes, tracking deliverables, and ensuring brand alignment.

• Campaign & Ads Support:

  • Craft high-converting ad copy and captions for targeted audience campaigns.

  • Monitor basic campaign metrics (reach, engagement, and conversion) and prepare monthly performance summaries.

• Trend & Competitor Monitoring:

  • Monitor local social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to propose fresh content ideas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.

• Solid copywriting skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency.

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics tools.

• Strong communication and coordination skills to work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams and agencies.
