About the role

This role is responsible for producing engaging multimedia content that strengthens brand identity, drives consumer awareness, and supports sales growth across e-commerce and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling visual and written content (photos, videos, graphics, product features, blogs) for social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all content reflects the premium positioning of supplements, baby care products, and probiotics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with brand objectives and promotional calendars.
• Plan and execute content for product launches, seasonal promotions, and influencer collaborations.
• Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada).
• Highlight product benefits, safety, and premium quality through authentic storytelling.
• Develop creative narratives that resonate with parents, health-conscious consumers, and lifestyle audiences.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.
• Build online communities that foster trust and loyalty toward the brands.

About you
