Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation is seeking a Marketing role to drive brand insights, competitive analyses, and social media planning. You will craft SWOT analyses, monitor campaigns, and respond to audience inquiries while coordinating with Operations to support sales goals.

The candidate will manage a monthly social calendar, develop boosting plans, track spending, and generate regular performance reports to improve outcomes across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Able to develop SWOT analyses and competitive reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create SWOT analyses and identify competitors' unique selling points.
• Develop a monthly social media calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Respond to inquiries and comments on the brand's page.
• Draft a boosting plan/playbook to maximize ads' effectiveness.
• Monitor marketing spend across branches and ensure timely payments.
• Support Operations with campaigns and submit post-campaign analyses.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports to track impact.

Job description

• Creating a SWOT analysis report for the brand's direct competitors.


• Identifying all unique selling points of the brand's competitors. Ensuring that the brand is able to keep up with the trend by submitting necessary recommendations.


• Creating a monthly calendar for the brand that will serve as a guide on the daily postings of each Social Media channel used. And, ensuring that the social media calendar is followed and updated every time the post has been uploaded.


• Be able to answer all inquiries/comments on the page.


• Creating a boosting plan/playbook that will be used as guidelines on how to maximize the given boosting budget. Ensuring that all published ads are effective, efficient, and measurable.


• Ensuring all branches are able to pay the marketing fee on time. This includes all collateral availed and other services availed.


• Ensuring that all projects/activities (including the new store openings) are assisted and positively support the Operations Team in achieving the monthly sales quota. Submitting reports with in-depth analysis of the projects/activities' effectiveness.


• Creating and submitting weekly/monthly marketing reports in order to closely monitor what is happening to the brand. Ensuring that all projects/activities have a positive impact in supporting the Operations Team.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Experience

• 1 year of experience in marketing.
