Job summary

Private Advertiser in Manila, Philippines seeks a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to be the operational engine and creative voice for a US-based virtual healthcare provider. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing coordination, copywriting, or public relations.
• Portfolio of published work required (articles, press releases, social copy, or executive writing).
• Exceptional written English with ability to adapt tone for public consumption.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive stakeholder follow-up.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Webflow, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, PowerPoint, Ramp.

Responsibilities

• Content Authoring & CEO Thought Leadership: Write articles for external publications and CEO LinkedIn posts.
• Social Media & Newsletter Management: Create, design, and schedule corporate social content; manage Investor Newsletter.
• Operational & Project Management: Maintain campaign calendars, deadlines, agendas, and cross-functional follow-up.
• PR & Event Support: Track speaking opportunities, route draft bylines, manage vendor invoices, coordinate conferences.
• Digital & Website Administration: Draft emails via Mailchimp; update website copy and blogs via Webflow; build UTM links.
• Reputation & Review Moderation: Triage and respond to Google Reviews with internal teams.
• Asset Creation & Field Support: Design collateral in Canva/PowerPoint; manage print materials and equipment.
• Finance & Vendor Admin: Submit receipts, track spend, manage subscriptions, and process freelancer payments.
