Job summary

Expedock is seeking a data-savvy marketer to own the data backbone of advertising, phasing, and communications for a student portfolio. You will blend data analysis with marketing strategy, turning numbers into actionable decisions.

You will report to the Head of Lettings and Marketing and collaborate with Lettings Operations to optimise campaigns. The role emphasises data quality, platform performance, and informed decision making in a remote, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards to share insights across teams.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and extract key insights.
• Using AI to optimise analytics and efficiency.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot, lookup).
• Ensure data quality across multiple platforms.
• Present data insights to non-technical colleagues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own advertising management and platform performance reporting.
• Conduct market research and inform listing strategy & pricing decisions.
• Analyse inquiries, viewings and requests to identify trends.
• Provide management reports on ROI and KPIs.
• Maintain data quality in CRM and tracking systems.
• Create and manage social media and online advertising campaigns.
