Job summary

Expedock is seeking a data and marketing analytics professional to own the data backbone for advertising, market research, and tenant communications. You will build dashboards, generate insights, and drive data-led decisions across campaigns and listings.

This role sits in a remote environment with strong collaboration across teams and a focus on ROI and performance metrics. You will analyse large datasets, leverage AI to optimise analytics, and communicate findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards from large datasets.
• Ability to extract insights and present to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI to optimise analytics processes.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups).
• Experience ensuring data quality across platforms.
• Strong communication of data insights to management.
• Proactive, flexible and detail-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Advertising management: identify best platforms, set up adverts, and manage phasing.
• Market research: analyse listings, pricing, and demand trends; report findings.
• Tenant communications: be the main contact for tenants during lettings; update progress.
• Brand & communications: shape outbound formats and guidelines.
• Enquiry generation: manage leaflets and events; report on performance.
• Social media: develop and monitor B&B social strategy and campaigns.
• Office management: set up local office for peak lettings season.
• Budget tracking: monitor spending with Head of Department.
