Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data to inform marketing and product decisions.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience running experiments and A/B tests.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain analyses, datasets, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines for marketing and product teams.
• Interpret trends, performance drivers, and data quality issues behind launches, campaigns, and acquisition.
• Work with business, technology, product, and risk teams to turn data needs into insights they can act on.
• Run experiments for product and ad campaign launches, from large releases to small iterations; design, set up, and analyze results.
• Segment our existing customer audience, enrich segments with data, and feed them to retargeting and CRM.
• Run BI reporting: structure data, maintain data quality, and ensure reports hold up.
• Back up the performance marketing team when data breaks or attribution needs fixing.
• Assess potential acquisition channels and pull internal data for go-to-market plans.
